  • Ensuring the welfare of all the Chanichim in their care
  • Creating a positive religious environment
  • Building a Hadracha relationship with Chanichim
  • Bring a Bnei Akiva atmosphere that includes adhering to the values that BA holds
  • Informal Hadracha throughout Machane
  • Work together as a Tzevet
  • Passing on relevant information to the Senior Tzevet
  • Write Peulot to be run by the Tzevet
  • Making Israel Machane part of the Bnei Akiva journey
  • First port of call for discipline issues with Chanichim in their group
  • Responsible for administering and recording medication handed in by Chanichim
  • Representing Bnei Akiva UK by being a role model for all
  • Organising follow up programmes for Chanichim
  • Attend all training seminars within the UK and Israel
  • Ensuring a positive experience is had by all the Chanichim in their group
  • Work together with the Tzevet to make Israel Machane amazing!
