If you do not have a current DBS with Bnei Akiva- you MUST follow the following steps to upload identification. You may only skip this step if you already have a Bnei Akiva DBS dated later than September 2024. No Madrich/a of Bnei Akiva will be allowed on Sviva Premises without a valid DBS. If you do not complete both this Tafkid form and the DBS system form that you will be redirected to after completing this form, you will not be considered for a Tafkid at Sviva. Roshim will be sent a register of Madrichim that are allowed on site.

Guidelines for Madrichim

1) Regular attendance at planning meetings

2) Regular attendance at Sviva events/activities

3) Attendance at training and leadership sessions

I understand that if my commitment to these guidelines is deemed as lacking, Bnei Akiva reserve the right to terminate my involvement with Sviva.

Acceptance onto a Sviva Tzevet is subject to approval from the Mazkirut. No Madrichim will be allowed onto Sviva premises without having been given a Tafkid at Sviva.
